30 % Deposit on reservation, 70%, 4 weeks before arrival.

Bookings cancelled up to 14 days after the booking date: deposit will be refund.

Bookings cancelled up to 14 days after the booking date: 30% of the total rental value will be charged.

Bookings cancelled between 4 weeks prior to the arrival and the arrival date: 100% of the total rental value will be charged
